Custom LED Lighting, Access Controls, & More

The Rotak Helicopter Services building is a 9,500sqft helicopter hangar with office space and conference room for Rotak’s staff. This was a design-build project, and Powertec Electric worked closely with the owner, contractor and engineering design team to achieve the owner’s vision for this project. Rotak’s hangar has custom LED lighting, high bay lighting, access control system, lighting control system, data cabling, and power for various shop and office equipment. Hangars are hazardous location class1 div2 with class1 div1 under-slab electrical installations. All applicable codes observed.
